Contracts Finder
A watch, not a feed
DealFinder reads the day’s public contract notices and sends the three worth your week. The buyer, the money, the deadline, and the grounds for bidding — or for letting it go.
For firms of 5 to 50 people that employ nobody to bid.
United States and United Kingdom.
Weekly digest free. Watch Pass — 30 days, $25.

01
You know public work exists, and you know you are losing it. So you check the portals by hand on a Friday — SAM.gov, Contracts Finder, Find a Tender, a dozen council pages — at five minutes each. Or you switch on the portals’ free keyword alerts and are flooded by Monday. Both habits end the same way. The notice you could have won closes before anyone reads it.
The tools built for this were built for people whose whole job is bidding. They win on breadth, and they all hand over the same thing: a longer list. Nobody reads the list for you.
A firm with no bid manager does not need more opportunities. It needs to know which three of four hundred it could win.

Two lines: what you sell, and where you will work. That profile is your Watch. No keywords, no product codes.
02
The agents pull the public sources, cut the day down by trade, region and value, then read what is left against your Watch.
03
Every match carries a verdict, a fit score, the buyer, the value, and the deadline with the days remaining.

A specimen. The buyers and figures below are illustrative. The format is exact.

Every notice we read is public, and always will be. SAM.gov publishes a daily extract of open opportunities. Contracts Finder and Find a Tender publish open interfaces. What a ten-person firm does not have is an afternoon to read 412 of them.
So the reading is the cost we carry. Each opportunity is read once, and its verdict serves every firm it could fit. That is why a Watch Pass is $25 for 30 days, not a licence priced for a bid department.
The only public-contract watch that reads the shortlist for you and hands a reasoned verdict to firms that employ nobody to bid.
